With varying project requirements, we work with clients across different budget ranges to find a solution for your needs.

  • The video production process typically involves five key phases:

    Conception: We collaborate with you to define your video’s purpose, target audience, and key messages while estimating a budget.

    Pre-production: During this phase, we create an outline or script, confirm budgets, schedule filming dates, and book crew, talent, and locations.

    Production: Our crew captures necessary footage, aligning with the plan created during pre-production. This may include interviews or event coverage.

    Post-production: We edit the footage, add graphics, titles, and music, and provide drafts for your feedback before delivering the final video.

    Delivery: Finally, we digitally deliver the completed video to you in the agreed-upon formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios, ready for distribution.

  • The crew size can vary based on the nature of the project:

    For simple, smaller-scale projects, we can provide a two-person crew to handle the production.

    Our preference, however, is a three- or four-person crew. This crew typically includes a Producer/Director overseeing the project, while the camera, lighting, and grip team focus on visuals and technical aspects.

    In some cases, perhaps due to certain restrictions, we can provide a self-shooting videographer.

  • This varies from client to client. Some clients prefer to be very hands-on, while others take a step back and entrust us with the full-scale production. Occasionally, client participation in specific areas of production becomes necessary. We’ll arrange a meeting to understand your project requirements. During this process, you can provide input on the script and share your overall vision for the video.

  • The timeline for post-production depends on the project's complexity, the volume of footage, and the length of the final video. Typically, our projects are completed within a timeframe of one to four weeks.

  • Our choice of equipment depends largely on the project budget. While we advocate for the latest affordable solutions, such as mirrorless cameras and gimbals, we also have extensive experience working with top-tier cameras and equipment from industry-leading brands like RED, Arri, Cooke, and Panavision. When a project demands it, we ensure that we’re well-versed in using the best tools available.

  • We have extensive experience working on international projects, collaborating with crews based in Europe, Canada, America, Dubai, India, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and Australia. Depending on the project’s requirements and budget, we may either travel to the location or work remotely as needed.
